Notice Westwinds Metropark Flyers:
The Toledo Express Airport must be notified before flying model aircraft at Westwinds Metro Park. The first person to fly must call the control tower (419 865-6901 or 419 865-6686) and inform them the Westwinds flying field is active. Change the sign at the east side of our shelter to “Active.” The last person to leave the field must call the tower and tell them the field is inactive, then change the sign to “Not Active.”
Stay tuned to this site and Toledo Flying Tiger email notifications for updates.
